Monitoring
The Butler
County Storm Water District and the Butler County Engineer's
staff have reviewed the consultant submittals for the Watershed
Monitoring. Through detailed review of each package we have determined
that two firms best fit the scope, intent and overall understanding
of this project. The selected firms have been ranked in the following
order:
1) Woolpert,
Inc.
2) CDP Engineers
Throughout
this process, it has been our objective to select the firm most
qualified to provide the services required. Accordingly, we have
entered into contract negotiations with Woolpert, Inc. Should
we fail to reach an agreement during these negotiations, we will
enter into negotiations with the next highest ranked firm.
If you are
the #1 ranked consultant we will be contacting you in the near
future to schedule a meeting to discuss the project requirements,
the project management schedule, cost control techniques, the
project team, your firm's plan for communication throughout the
project, and methods of determining compensation for the required
services.
Our sincere
gratitude is extended to all firms that submitted proposals.
We appreciate the time and effort it takes to develop these proposals
and we look forward to the opportunity to work together on another
