All of the funds collected by the District will be used to implement the Best Management Practices (BMP’s) that were chosen to meet the EPA’s unfunded water quality guidelines. These BMP’s were chosen by a Steering Committee that was comprised of representatives (including some elected officials) from a majority of Butler County communities. A list of these BMP’s can be found in the Storm Water Management Plan.
