What specific issues will be addressed by the District?
The District will work to ensure that it is in compliance with the new strict EPA regulations. There are six minimum control measures that must be implemented in order to comply. One part of those minimum control measures requires that we prepare and distribute educational materials to property owners within the District. Another requires that we involve members of the community in activities directed toward improving the quality of storm water that eventually ends up in our County’s streams and rivers.
